The property is privately owned and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for injury or accidents to guests or loss of money, jewelry, or personal valuables of any kind.

CHECK IN POLICY
Check in is at 3:00PM of the date booked.

CHECK OUT POLICY:
I understand the check-out time is 11am. If I am not checked out by this time, Apple Jacks 21 reserves the right to remove any and all personal belongings from the room or cabin and set it outside the door. I understand that my contract starts at 3pm (check-in) and ends at 11am on my scheduled check-out date. There will be a $75.00 added fee if this should occur.

OCCUPANCY POLICY:
All rates are based on 6 people per site.  Additional people can be added to CAMPER sites only at the rate of $15 per day for each additional person.  Tent and cabin occupancy capacity is limited to 6 people per site.

CABINS
PLEASE NOTE – Due to ongoing issues with theft and misuse, we are no longer able to provide towels or washcloths. We kindly ask that guests bring their own from home. Thank you for understanding and helping us keep costs down for everyone.

RV SITES
All RV sites include electric (30/50 Amp), water and sewer hookups.  Smaller Sites can park 28Ft and smaller campers

Larger sites can park 32Ft and larger or small campers.

Sites include up to 6 people per site.  $15 per person over 6.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Because of the limited availability, we do not offer refunds for cancellations.

LOST OR DAMAGED KEYS:
Will be charged a $50 replacement fee. If the key is locked in the room, you will be charged a $25 fee to open it.

SMOKING/DRUG:
Illegal use of drugs of any kind is prohibited on Rivers Edge or Apple Jacks 21 grounds. Anyone found smoking inside a room or cabin will be charged a $200 cleaning fee.

PET POLICY:
Pets are allowed but limited to 2 in campers only. They must be kept on a leash at all times when outside of the camper.  No pets allowed in the cabins.

RELOCATION POLICY
Due to unforeseen circumstances, you may be asked to move to another site in the event of a water or electrical issue.

PRIMITIVE CAMPSITES
No camping in the grassy areas.   Showers and bathrooms available inside the pavilion.

Check the River Level on the Jack’s Fork
